The Na Pali Coast on Kauai is 1 of the World’s top destinations and is home to some of the most beautiful Sea Cliffs on the Planet! The Napali Sea Cliffs rise some 2,000-3,000 ft. high, with lots of Waterfalls and secluded Beaches to explore! Na Pali is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth.
I have been wanting to do the Napali Coast Tour for years, so i finally made the time…
After a lot of research I decided to go with Captain Andy’s. OMG talk about Luxury!
Captain Andy’s has 3 Catamarans to choose from depending on your pocket book and what you are looking for. For an extra $20 I chose the Luxury Tour with BBQ Lunch.
The Northern Star & Southern Star luxury sailing catamarans both have trampolines up front to lay on for the more adventurous, that’s me!
Our day started at Captain Andy’s Store across from Port Allen Harbor. After boarding and listening to a short orientation we found our seats and headed out for a fabulous day on the Ocean; we were all so excited to be able to see the Napali Coast on such a beautiful day!
I cannot say enough good things about Captain Andy’s Napali Coast Tour. From the luxury Sailing Catamaran to the BBQ Lunch, Drinks and Crew…all were top notch. Not to mention those panoramic views!
Due to Northern Stars ‘state of the art technology’ and speed, as well as the perfect ocean-wind conditions, we were able to cruise along almost the whole Napali coast. Plus I had thought only the Ocean Rafting Napali Tours would get into the caves and under the waterfalls….Wrong!
The Captain of the Northern Star backed the catamaran up right under a waterfall, plus got in close to the beaches and went into the sea caves for photos. WOW! What an awesome experience!
We had such a great day; sunbathing, taking in the beautiful views, enjoying a cooked on board BBQ Lunch with a glass of Wine, good company etc…and so many different photo opportunities all throughout the morning. We even saw Spinner Dolphins 3 different times, and they came right up to our boat!
After spending a fabulous morning on the Ocean, it was really nice being on a fast and comfortable Catamaran and getting back to Port Allen quicker than the other boats doing the same thing.
