Trilogy Excursions is the oldest family-owned and operated activity and sailing business in Maui. They own a fleet of beautiful sailboats. In addition to preserving the ancient art of sailing, they also are preserving the lost art of island hospitality. After sunset, they give you a little star gazing story time which is very interesting. They even provide a cozy blanket in the winter months when the air is a little chilly.
The dinner is awesome. Under the direction of executive Chef Bailey, each course has been thoughtfully put together using fresh, local ingredients, creating a masterpiece for your taste buds.
