For dinner you will be able to choose from a selection of inviting entrees such as the Cabernet Short Ribs served with Mashed Molokai Sweet Potatoes or the Filet Mignon with a Porcini White Truffle Demi Sauce served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. However we always like to recommend the Chef’s Daily Fresh Fish Special!
The Bar consists of a top shelf selection of tropical cocktails ($6-$8), fine wines by the bottle ($25.) or glass ($8) and imported ($5) and domestic beers ($3). Most Entrées are $23-32.00
*Be prepared to get a little wet while boarding; the older or more frail of us may want to think twice and do a Maui Sunset dinner cruise from Lahaina instead.
